We currently operate Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

When you place an order, you must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.

Orders are confirmed by phone. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the provided information is invalid or if you do not confirm the order.

Deliveries are made within Morocco only.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or lack of customer response.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will handle replacements or returns on a case-by-case basis.

We collect:

• Your name, phone number, and address to fulfill orders.
• Your email if you subscribe to our newsletter.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required for delivery or legal compliance. Your data is stored securely and used only for operational or promotional purposes related to our store.
